Without a doubt our attitude towards nature is shaped by our view of the world around us. And in a circular fashion, our view of nature subsequently motivates us to care for nature - or not - depending on the way we perceive landscapes, wildlife, and ourselves in relation to the natural world.

So what better way to motivate us to protect and restore ecosystems, as well as human health and well being, than to be reminded through rich, visual art of the beauty nature offers?

Photographers the world over have sought to capture the majestic, intricate, stark and provocative truth nature holds for us. It's possible that the images on the following pages represent some of their best efforts, told in elemental expressions of fire, air, water and earth. Even the 'ether' or mystical, unseen aspects of existence seem to be captured in these impressions.

We offer photos of wild creatures and untamed settings, and of gods and goddesses (mostly goddesses, frankly) viewed far from civilization in the hope that you will explore the Website links that are also provided. The artistry represented by these professional men and women is awe-inspiring. We want to encourage their success by supporting their artistic endeavors however we can.

Be aware that dramatically artistic nudes sometimes grace the following pages - bare rocks, for example, or trees sans leaves. You may find beaches without a dressing of litter or manmade structures. Or perhaps you will find yourself witnessing the beauty of a wilderness that's been boldly unveiled. This and more - presented in ways that remind us of our deep connection to nature and our ancient primal origins.
