Eco-Asset
Training Workshop -
EAG will conduct an eco-asset identification, development
& management workshop for you and/or your staff.
The program is designed to train you and/or your staff
to achieve measurable eco-asset value linked to your
specific business goals.
The program runs over either a single day (overview
treatment) or a two ½ day (in-depth treatment)
period. The program will be tailored to your region
(and property mix), as well as to your specific business
goals. In addition to current eco-asset theory and comprehensive
content, the workshop is based upon proven team building
principles designed to invigorate your business pursuits.
The EAG workshop is guaranteed to uncover new eco-asset
management opportunities and to pinpoint specific next-steps
for you or your staff to achieve measurable eco-asset
value.
The one-day program is priced at a flat rate of $1500
plus travel and per diems to your location. The 2 ½
day, workshop is priced at $4000 plus travel and per
diems.

Project
consulting -
On a project-by-project
basis, EAG team members will examine, plan and implement
value-based opportunities related to your facility,
operation or property mix. Services include:
- eco-asset policy review and support
- asset due diligence support
- asset capacity, pricing and value modeling
- asset benchmarking and competitor analysis
- cost/risk assessment; asset production optimization
- market assessment and business strategy formulation
- asset acquisition, transfer or sale
Fees are negotiated on
a per-project basis.
Retainer
consulting -
Asset Policy Management
- for your geographic region, EAG team members will
work with your staff to plan & facilitate appropriate
state & federal eco-asset policy infrastructure
Asset Change Detection - targeted to your business
goals, includes monitoring asset performance as well
as emerging eco-asset development / investment opportunities
Multi-Media Asset Value Management - for energy,
mining, timber, agriculture and eco-business operations,
EAG team members will deliver single- or multi-media
asset value optimization complementing current portfolio
performance goals.
Fees are negotiated on a average time/travel/materials
basis.
